The Anaheim Lighthouse is a leading behavioral health treatment center in Orange County, CA, with a 25 year successful history of providing treatment.
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator. This position has the flexibility of in-office, remote, or hybrid work arrangements, with dedicated and variable working shifts. As an Admissions Coordinator, you can play a key role in helping individuals take the first step toward recovery.
Essential Functions
- Answer inbound calls using the Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) system and respond promptly to outbound leads.
- Adhere to the admissions script and standard operating procedures for every interaction.
- Qualify potential clients by assessing the severity of use, treatment history, and available resources for treatment payment.
- Accurately enter personal and insurance information into Salesforce and provide detailed notes for Intake Coordinators.
- Coordinate with facility to schedule admissions and work with transportation to ensure effective pickups and arrivals.
- Follow up with generated leads in a timely and professional manner.
Additional Functions
- Properly manage all leads with consistent and thorough data entry and administration.
- Uphold and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Actively participate in Quality Improvement projects to enhance client experience.
- Attend staff meetings and training to stay informed and grow professionally.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in Admissions for treatment centers a big plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
- Clear understanding of professional ethics, boundaries, and judgment.
- Familiarity with recovery approaches, such as 12-step programs or medical models.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
