We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic EA organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level operations and develop foundational administrative skills. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly organized, and has an eye for detail and a growth mindset. This relationship builder holds themselves to a high standard and is passionate about driving organizational success. Acting as the glue and the grease, you reduce friction and drive momentum forward. AuditBoard’s EA team are force multipliers by creating leverage and clarity for executives while having fun doing it!
Responsibilities
Support Calendar Management & Hygiene:
Help organize and maintain schedules for the business to prioritize key initiatives
Ensure meeting materials are distributed, such as agendas and/or pre-read documents
General Administrative Support:
Assist with small projects or tasks that help keep the team focused and productive
Provide support for travel arrangements and other logistical needs
Process expense reports
Maintain a positive, professional and customer-focused presence while supporting team members
Assist with organizing team events
Help build, edit, and maintain documentation, playbooks, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative professional
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience with tools like Google Suite, and other common productivity tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A proactive approach to problem solving with a strong sense of ownership
