We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Receptionist & Appointment Delivery Setter to join our team.

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments with eligible prospects, ensuring each interaction is professional and goal-oriented. Achieving a daily quota of 15-25 scheduled prospects is essential to success in this position. What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting outbound and inbound calls with eligible prospects
Scheduling appointments and ensuring a daily quota of 15-25 scheduled prospects
Recording accurate information for each interaction and maintaining scheduling accuracy
Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to enhance customer experience
Meeting quality control standards in each interaction

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet daily quotas and maintain high performance
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Previous experience in customer service or call centers preferred

What We Offer:

Weekly pay of $400, based on performance success; salary draw pay
Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 8am-1pm or 12pm-5pm
