We are looking for a Restroom Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are kept clean and tidy. The Restroom Attendant must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain bathrooms to a high standard.
- Restock room amenities and supplies.
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Follow the company's procedures for cleaning and maintenance of restrooms.
- Check that all items in the room are in working order.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Duties
- Clean and maintain restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Monitor restroom conditions throughout the day to address any issues promptly.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.
- Assist with custodial duties in other areas of the facility as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned duties.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving cleanliness issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
