Medical Call Center Representative - Remote

American Health Connection (AHC) is growing and needs Work From Home Patient Services Representatives. AHC provides patients with full-service, virtual central scheduling and communications services. Each Patient Services Representative is part of a team that will support a Medical Health System client. Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre-register patients and verify insurance. This is a virtual call center position, so you know when you disconnect the call, you are done with that task and on to the next one.
- We prefer candidates with 1-year minimum high-volume scheduling experience in a high-volume call center environment. Representatives can expect to handle 100+ calls back-to-back per shift. Medical experience is a plus.
- Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, including written (legible, concise, and with appropriate spelling) and verbal, including proper phone etiquette.
- The Patient Services Representatives must have private, noise-free, HIPAA-compliant space at home.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday - Friday
Must be available for rotating 4th weekends

**Internet Requirements: **Wireless(WiFi), Cellular(Hotspot), and Satellite internet connections are not acceptable due to the weather and radio frequency interference concerns which will cause unstable internet connectivity**

Internet Speed: 60mpbs for Download and 15mpbs for Upload Minimum
