The Safety Coordinator will report to the HSE Manager. Their primary responsibilities center on the successful implementation and support of Carpi`s Safety Manual. They will verify work is being executed as planned, problem solve with operations and craft, assist with corrective measures, and provide resources to correct and maintain safety solutions.
What You'll Do :
Assist in development, review, updates, and communication of the Safety Manual. Collaborate with craft daily.
Exercise Stop Work Responsibility.
Plan, prioritize, and problem-solve with operations in the field daily.
Encourage, support, inspire, and advise, staff and craft to execute the Safety Manual. Assist in project file maintenance in compliance with OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
Assist with first aid and maintain relationships with emergency medical services/clinics. Complete daily documented hazard inspection and assist with implementation of corrective actions.
Review work plans and work packs prior to start of work.
Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA/MSHA, NCEER, BCSP, orientation, and client specific requirements.
This position requires local, same day travel to job sites.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
