JOB DESCRIPTION
HHHC is looking to hire an ambitious and committed g professional to join our team full time as a Caregiver HR Ops Analyst. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Caregiver HR Operations team and have the opportunity to work on broad-based operational initiatives specifically hiring and onboarding caregivers.
Primary Duties Include:
- Support the Caregiver HR Operations department to onboard field employees (caregivers) into our services quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly.
- Pull background checks, register employees with the state, and complete other steps to onboard employee into our systems.
- Efficient, high-volume accurate data entry in multiple platforms.
- Maintain employee profiles with updated direct deposit forms, contact information, and service notes.
- Communicate with and train caregivers during orientation and onboarding.
- Follow up with caregivers on leave of absence forms, discharges, lapses in services, requests, concerns, pay stub requests, issues regarding pay, etc.
- Assisting our Timecard Operations and Customer Representatives teams with issues escalated from caregivers and clients, when necessary.
- Identify potential issues and points of miscommunication in the caregiver onboarding experience and recommend and implement solutions to maximize efficiency
- Optimize the team's general technology, systems, and processes to help make our core operational functions more effective and efficient.
- Participate and execute tasks related to projects involving all aspects of state and federal labor compliance.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and teams including to ensure the best customer experience for our caregivers.
- Contribute to team culture and effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Office 365 such as Outlook, Words, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams is required.
- Work experience and an understanding of community-based home health care best practices highly preferred
- Ability to speak Hmong or Karen is required. Additional abilities to speak Vietnamese or Laotian highly preferred. Ability to write and speak professional-level English required.
- Work experience in participating in process improvement projects and collaborating with others using a solution-based mindset essential to success.
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks and prioritize in a customer-focused work environment.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- A positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude with customer first mind-set.
- Excellent people skills required: enjoying a variety of interactions and supporting people to get hired to care for people using services is a big part of the job.
