We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Support Specialist to collaborate virtually with our clinical team. In this role, you will manage, analyze, and maintain critical patient and operational data to support organizational decision-making, uphold data quality, and facilitate streamlined clinic operations—all from a remote work environment.
Collect, verify, and input patient and clinic data—including treatment metrics, scheduling information, billing codes, and outcome measures—into internal systems.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review, focusing on clinical performance, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Collaborate closely with therapists, administrative staff, and operations managers to resolve data discrepancies and support workflow efficiency in a remote capacity.
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in data collection processes and reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with health data privacy standards and internal documentation protocols.
Provide virtual training and support to staff on proper data entry practices, system usage, and dashboard tools.
Associate's degree or higher in Health Administration, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or administrative support—ideally in healthcare or clinical settings.
Strong proficiency with data management software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Clear, professional communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with healthcare documentation standards and privacy regulations is a plus.
