Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others streamline their busy lives?

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support with both work and personal tasks. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone who loves planning and problem-solving!

Position Details:

Hours: 8-10 hours per week
Compensation: $50 per hour
Location: Ideally within a 90-mile radius of the Peninsula (but fully remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Organize and maintain both work and personal calendars, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are coordinated seamlessly.
Event Planning: Assist with planning special occasions, including birthdays and dinners.
Appointment Scheduling: Book doctors’ appointments and other essential meetings.
Errands & Research: Help with tasks such as finding reliable service providers (e.g., electricians) and managing various errands.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in event planning or personal assistance is a plus
