We’re seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives at our Richmond facility. You’ll oversee regulatory compliance, safety systems, industrial hygiene programs, and ensure site-wide adherence to Responsible Care and ISO 9000/RC14001 standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead site EHS programs, hazard assessments, and audits
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations
Support PSM activities and conduct incident investigations
Maintain management systems, databases, permits, and reporting
Supervise and develop EHS team members
Coordinate industrial hygiene monitoring (air/noise)

What You Bring

7+ years of EHS experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, PSM, and ISO/RC14001 standards
Bachelor's degree preferred (EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related)
CSP, CIH, or CHMM certifications a plus
Willingness to travel 30–50%
