Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our fast paced telemedicine weightloss clinic, which also offers testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, vitamins and amino acids. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the healthcare industry and a strong familiarity with the medications we provide.
In this role, you will be essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience by managing appointments, responding to sales inquires, making outbound sales calls, and assisting patients in scheduling appointments with our providers. We offer a flexible work environment where your sales performance directly impacts your earnings, with no cap on commission. Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in the development of care plans by gathering necessary patient information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical sales rep or in a similar role.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in filing and data management.
- Experience using AdvancedMD or similar practice management software is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective patient communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of weight loss medications is a plus.
