We are currently seeking a Safety Manager for our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. The Safety Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and other applicable safety standards. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the company's safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.
Lead and conduct regular EHS audits to assess the effectiveness of EHS policies and programs, and recommend improvements.
Develop and implement EHS training programs for all employees to enhance safety awareness and culture.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to occupational health and safety, including OSHA.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and develop preventative measures.
Collaborate with management and staff to promote a proactive approach to safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, safety violations, and corrective actions.
Stay current with the latest developments in industrial safety, health, and environmental science.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management within the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of EHS policies, safety management, OSHA compliance, and workplace safety.
Proven experience conducting EHS audits, risk assessments, and safety training programs.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
Ability to identify and control occupational health, safety, and environmental risks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
