Job Description
The EH&S Representatives core scope of responsibilities shall include but may not be limited to the following activities:
The Site EH&S Representative will understand all HSE requirements and offer solutions that produce the most appropriate result. This position will report directly to the EH&S Manager and work closely with local project supervisors/project management to provide advice, guidance, and support to employees. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Work alongside onsite Supervisors, management reps., employees to ensure all job execution procedures are completed safely and projects are competed in accordance with all OSHA, Federal, State and Local rules and regulations governing the work.
- Manage all aspects of site compliance with respect to Frontier’s Corporate Safety Management Plan and Client-specific EH&S requirements.
- Conduct daily safety huddle meetings with workforce and formal weekly safety meetings with Frontier and Subcontractor personnel.
- Perform task safety training and implement appropriate preventative procedures to minimize risk to all affected personnel.
- Assist in updating on-site procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE standards.
- Investigate, report, follow-up and maintain all necessary internal/external paperwork for all accidents/incidents.
- Prepare and maintain regular site safety documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Willingness to travel:
Work Schedule
- 58 Hours/Week
- Monday-Friday (10 Hours/day)
- Saturday (8 Hour Day)
- Project Time Off: Every 4-6 Weeks
Certifications
- C.S.S.T. (preferred)
- OSHA 30 (required)
- ASP/ASC/CSP/COSS/CHST/GSP/etc. Certs are welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
