Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented compliance and quality contractor to oversee regulatory, clinical, and operational compliance across a fast-growing, multi-specialty outpatient clinic network. Our clinics provide wound care, podiatry, vascular, and lymphedema services and operate in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor provider licenses, certifications, and scope-of-practice compliance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and payer regulations.
- Maintain policies for documentation, supervision, and patient safety.
- Clinical Quality & Oversight
- Review and update clinical protocols for wound care, vascular, lymphedema, and podiatry services.
- Conduct chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, provider supervision, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Track clinical outcomes and recommend quality improvement initiatives.
- Documentation & Billing Oversight
- Audit charts for accurate coding and billing compliance.
- Review transcription and co-signature processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of advanced modalities (biologics, PRP, VHT/Vaporox).
- Training & Education
- Provide virtual or occasional in-person training to clinical and administrative staff on policies, documentation standards, and regulatory updates.
- Support site-level compliance leads in onboarding and ongoing competency monitoring.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on compliance and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with site-level compliance leads to address gaps or corrective actions.
- Participate in policy review and updates as needed.
Work Structure
- Mostly remote: primary auditing, documentation review, policy management, and training done remotely.
- On-site visits: approximately once per month (or as needed) for workflow observation, in-person audits, and staff training.
- Flexible hours to coordinate with high-volume clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, or clinical operations.
- Familiarity with multi-specialty outpatient clinics, including wound care, podiatry, vascular, and lymphedema practices.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and payer requirements.
- Strong auditing and documentation review skills.
- Excellent communication, training, and collaboration abilities.
- Positive, self-starter mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
