EPC Services Company a leader in Electric Transmission & Distribution construction, is excited to offer an immediate opportunity for a Field Safety Manager for a project in Milford, UT that is expected to last approximately 7 months, starting mid-March 2026. This is a temporary position.

What You’ll Do
- Lead project safety initiatives, conduct inspections and audits, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness.
- Partner with Construction and Project Managers to enhance safety compliance and foster a Zero Harm safety culture.
- Collect and analyze leading indicator data to detect trends and implement measures to continuously improve project safety performance and culture.
- Be the go-to safety resource for EPCS team members and clients, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices on all EPCS construction projects.
What We’re Looking For:
EPCS is seeking a dynamic field leader who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about building relationships, inspiring teams, and modeling safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 trained (or MSHA equivalent) and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
- Bachelor’s degree in safety or a professional safety certification (e.g., CUSP, CSP), or at least 5 years of safety management experience.
- Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification is preferred.
- Strong experience with application-based safety management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to relocate and reside near the project site.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients and contractors.
