About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Safety Trainer with rigger experience to support current and upcoming training demand in the Salt Lake City region. This role focuses on delivering high-quality safety training to industrial and construction clients, with an emphasis on compliance, hands-on instruction, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led safety training, including NFPA 70E and First Aid/CPR/AED
- Facilitate hands-on demonstrations using training equipment
- Ensure all training meets regulatory and client-specific requirements
- Travel locally to client sites as needed
- Maintain accurate training documentation and attendance records
Required Qualifications
- Proven rigger experience (field-based)
- NFPA 70E certification and instructional experience
- First Aid / CPR / AED certification (current)
- Must own required training equipment/materials or have reliable access to rental options (manikins, AED trainers, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Prior safety training or instructional experience
- Experience working with industrial or construction clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80.00 - $105.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
