About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you are the first impression of ZZ Med Spa. You’ll engage warm leads (inbound) and revive interested prospects (outbound) across phone, SMS, DM, and email to book qualified virtual consultations and in-clinic appointments for our specialists. This is a sales-driven, high-urgency role focused on speed-to-lead, show rates, and deposit conversions—perfect for someone who thrives in premium service environments and loves turning interest into scheduled, excited clients.
Compensation will be a base of $20/hour + commissions for each appointment you book that shows
What You’ll Do
- Respond to Leads with Urgency: Call/SMS new leads within minutes; maintain a 5– minute speed-to-lead target.
- Qualify & schedule: Run a short discovery (goals, timelines, budget fit, contraindications) and book them into Zoom expert consults or in-clinic visits.
- Follow-up discipline: Execute a 7–10 touch cadence (calls/SMS/email/DM) for no-answers and “circle back” leads; manage callbacks and reminders.
- Handle light objections
- Drive show rates: Send confirmations, prep tips, Zoom links, and day-before/day-of nudges
- Log everything: Keep immaculate CRM notes, next actions, and status; tag outcomes correctly
- Uphold brand voice: Warm, professional, confidential—consistent with a premium Manhattan med spa.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Speed-to-lead: Under 5 minutes for new leads
- Set → Show: Show rate of the customers you book in
- Daily activity: Calls/SMS/emails/DMs at target with quality notes.
- CRM hygiene: 100% of leads with next step + timestamped notes.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have
- 1–3+ years in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales experience
- Proven follow-up discipline and love for hitting activity + outcome goals.
- High EQ: you can calm nerves, build trust fast, and mirror the client’s tone.
- Process mindset: you follow scripts, test improvements, and keep tidy records.
- Tech comfort: CRM, dialer, texting platforms, Zoom, calendars.
- Schedule flexibility: some evenings/weekends to match client demand.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly + performance pay (per qualified show, per deposit; monthly bonuses for target attainment).
- OTE aligned with top performers in premium appointment-setting roles.

Growth Path
- Senior Appointment Setter → Closer or Setter Team Lead (coach setters, refine scripts, own KPIs).
