We are looking for an Education Onboarding and Data Specialist to join our global Education team, based anywhere in the US, reporting to the senior manager of Technical Education. In this role, you will work closely with the senior manager to oversee onboarding operations and proactively recommend improvements to processes and documentation workflows. You will also plan and coordinate with the required stakeholders for effective education onboarding.

What you’ll do:
- Work independently to manage the onboarding process from start to finish for a high volume of new education customers, which involves information gathering and accurate documentation
- Maintain superb project management software hygiene to ensure follow-ups happen on time consistently
- Communicate in a professional, calm, and personable tone both internally and with customers
- Create improvements to the current onboarding process to make it more efficient as the volume of customers scales
- Build positive relationships with account managers, education sales, renewals, and other team members
- Craft well-written emails and onboarding resources to assist key customers during their education journey
- Maintain database of all active customers
- Pull and analyze training usage reports and report findings to team
- Identify and report roadblocks with people or processes and troubleshoot solutions
- Maintain process documentation and prepare reports related to onboarding and engagement
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing projects or customers and a passion for education and learning
- Proficiency in Outlook calendar, the Microsoft Office suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with program management, timelines, spreadsheets, and planning
- Ability to manage priorities and projects independently in a high-volume, dynamic environment, remaining calm and collected
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools
- Ability to thrive working independently and self-advocate with minimal supervision
- Natural proclivity for working within systems as well as superb verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to learn new technical tools quickly and self-teach new software through videos and reading
