Since its inception, the Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) has been providing tailored technical assistance to rural healthcare providers and communities, leveraging industry-leading expertise and skills. Dedicated to preserving and enhancing access to care in rural areas, the RHRC helps rural providers not only strengthen competencies, but also rethink and transform healthcare delivery through innovative, financially viable solutions.

WORK LOCATION:
- Predominantly virtual, with travel less than 20%. Must be willing to travel to Harrisburg PA for in-person team meetings (2-3 times annually and upon request).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis and management roles.
- Designing and developing Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Developing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting across complex relational databases.
- Implementing and managing Power Automate flows to enhance data workflows and operational efficiency.
- Building and troubleshooting ETL pipelines for seamless data integration.
- Identifying and resolving error codes and performance issues in Power BI, SQL, and Python applications.
- Managing Azure SQL Databases and integrating external data sources via APIs for advanced analytics solutions.
- Developing end-to-end data solutions from collection to analysis and visualization.
- Programming experience in Python for developing data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Using APIs for data integration.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) for designing and managing data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with hospital finance, revenue cycles, and payer participation agreements, particularly in rural settings.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analytics:
- Design and Develop: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights, actionable trends, and clear visualizations for stakeholders.
- SQL Development: Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data transformation, aggregation, and reporting needs.
- Implement Automation: Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and integrate data collection processes using Microsoft Forms.
- ETL Processes: Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines to transform raw data from multiple sources into structured formats for analytics.
- Error Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve performance issues and error codes in Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
- Python Solutions: Use Python for advanced data processing, automation, and integration tasks.
- Integrate Data Sources: Manage API connections and Azure SQL Databases to enhance data accessibility and analytical capabilities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate reporting needs into scalable, actionable data solutions.
- Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks, ensuring end-to-end alignment from data collection to dashboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals and deliver on schedule.
Grant Support:
- Aggregate and analyze data for grant proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Provide tailored reporting solutions for funded projects, meeting stakeholder and funding agency requirements.
- Support RHRCO leadership with ad-hoc data analysis and special projects.
General:
Attends in-person RHRCO meetings and summits as scheduled.
Performs other duties as assigned.
