Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules for our Home Care agency, ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient service. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with scheduling software, (Well Sky), Teams and communication platform (Ring Central). The Scheduler will work closely with clients, Care staff and Admin team to facilitate smooth operations within the company.

- Coordinate and manage staffing schedules for a busy and expanding home care agency.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to provide exceptional care for our clients.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home care, hospital, or hospice staffing.
- Working knowledge of ClearCare or WellSky software.
- Familiarity with RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
