Operational Supervise the cleanliness of all locations assigned to the Food & Beverage
department and Housekeeping department in compliance with international regulation and
company requirements.
Must be familiar with the regulations of the individual countries/regions sailing in.
Responsible for Sanitation trainings of all Food & Beverage and Housekeeping personnel.
In charge for daily sanitation inspections.
Ensure that cleanings are carried out as per ships schedule and company requirements.
Maintain, monitor, and file all sanitation logs (Galley, Provision and Housekeeping).
Responsible for working condition and cleanness of all washing equipment and address if
needed maintenance to Hotel Manager.
Ensure Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures are well followed and maintained. In
charge for IPM supply orders as required in accordance with Hotel Manager.
Train and supervise the correct handling of equipment for all personnel concerned. Regular
inspections on the conditions of equipment must be carried and followed up with maintenance
reports on a daily basis or as required.
Assist with loading or provisions whenever required and as directed. In charge for
temperature and quality checks in cooperation with CDC during the loading.
In charge for MSDS Data sheet filing within the Hotel department.
