Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator (Interpreter Logistics Specialist) – Remote

Position Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Scheduling Coordinator to manage interpreter schedules, respond to client requests, and solve real-time logistical challenges. This remote position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, maintains a positive and helpful attitude, and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently and urgently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules between clients and interpreters (1099 contractors).
- Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute changes or requests.
- Ensure accurate scheduling and seamless communication with all parties.
- Utilize scheduling tools to track and manage assignments in real-time.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and interpreters, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proactively identify and address potential scheduling issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, logistics, or administrative coordination.
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using scheduling software or remote tools.
- Positive, customer-service-focused attitude.
- Preferred: Resides in Nevada or Utah to align with our core business regions.
- Preferred: Experience with deaf or hard of hearing, not mandatory
Compensation:
- $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
