Responsibilities:
Conduct follow-up calls with clients (patients) after their visit to the clinic to gather feedback on their service experience and satisfaction.
Ask standard questions over the phone to assess the patient’s experience from registration to the completion of their treatment.
Record and input feedback into the company's CRM system.
Communicate with patients via the clinic’s online platforms for additional inquiries or to gather further information.
Resolve any issues that arise and offer solutions to improve the quality of customer service.
Provide timely updates to management on any problematic situations or trends identified during client interactions.
Ensure confidentiality and adhere to medical ethics standards during all communications.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients over the phone and via chat.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to handle large volumes of information.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.).
Experience working with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote work (headset, computer).
