Overview
A New Hope Psychiatric Services (ANHPS) is seeking dedicated and motivated mental health Affiliate Marketer to promote our mental health services through referral-based marketing. As an Affiliate Marketer, you will be responsible for driving client referrals by using your network, social media presence, and other marketing channels to connect individuals with our telehealth psychiatric services. This is a fully remote, flexible role that allows you to earn commissions by referring new clients to ANHPS.
Affiliates are an integral part of our mission to provide accessible mental health care in Florida, Maryland, and Oregon. You’ll help individuals, including those in underserved communities, access high-quality telehealth services in multiple languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese).
ANHPS offers comprehensive services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, genetic testing, life skills coaching, psychotherapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Our family-oriented approach is central to our practice, creating a supportive environment for all ages.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Referrals: Use your unique referral link to promote ANHPS services and refer new clients who meet the eligibility criteria for initial appointments.
- Marketing: Utilize digital and offline channels to promote ANHPS, including social media, email marketing, community outreach, and personal networks.
- Client Engagement: Ensure potential clients understand the services offered, including telehealth appointments, insurance options, out-of-pocket costs, and age range (ages 8 and up).
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical marketing practices and comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the states served (Florida, Maryland, and Oregon).
- Reporting & Tracking: Track referral performance through the affiliate software, and work closely with the admin team to verify client appointments and referral eligibility.
- Collaboration: Work with the ANHPS team to ensure promotional materials and strategies align with ANHPS’s mission and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Marketing Experience: Prior experience in marketing, affiliate marketing, or sales (especially in mental health) is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, content marketing, and online promotion.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey the benefits of ANHPS services to potential clients.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently with the flexibility to manage your time and referral strategy.
- Ethical Marketing Practices: Must adhere to the ethical guidelines outlined by ANHPS, ensuring transparency, honesty, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Commission and Payment Structure
- Commission Rate: Earn $25.00 for every 5 new clients who schedule an initial appointment with ANHPS. For example, 15 new clients equal $75.00 in commission.
- Payment Method: Affiliates will be paid as independent contractors through QuickBooks (check or direct deposit), and payments will be made once a month, aligned with the regular payroll schedule.
- Tax Reporting: Affiliates are required to complete a W-9 form for tax purposes. All payments will be reported as income for tax purposes.

- Referral Link & Tracking Software: ANHPS will provide a unique referral link for tracking your performance through affiliate software.
- Marketing Materials: You will have access to branded marketing materials, including digital brochures, business cards, and other promotional content.
- Training and Onboarding: Affiliates will receive training on how to promote ANHPS services effectively, along with ongoing support from our Marketing Director.
- Performance Reporting: You will have access to your performance data through the affiliate software, enabling you to track referrals, earnings, and client status.
