Job Title: Digital Advisor I (Safety Program Analyst)
Location: Chino, CA 91710 (Hybrid: onsite 2 days/week – Tues/Wed or Thurs)
Duration: 18 months
Pay Rate: $44–47.64/hr.
This role focuses on safety risk management, Management of Change (MoC), QA/QC processes, and Human Organizational Performance (HOP) to help identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance operational safety performance.
Responsibilities
- Support SMS projects, tracking, reporting, and implementation activities
- Analyze and present data using Excel, Power BI, Enablon, and related tools
- Assist with risk management, QA/QC, and Management of Change processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support corrective actions
- Escalate safety or process issues to leadership when needed
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety procedures and deliverables
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects or priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze complex information and support process execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting to senior leadership or executives
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Utility or electric industry experience preferred
