The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Program Facilitator to bring energy, creativity, and structure to our core programs: Endless Possibilities, Making Opportunities Matter (M.O.M.), and After Party. This isn’t just a teaching role—it’s an opportunity to empower youth, engage parents, and build community partnerships that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate group based prenatal curricula through workshops, sessions, and activities to address and ensure positive birth outcomes.
- Recruit, engage, and support participants while fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate outreach with schools, counselors, and community partners.
- Collect and track participant data to measure program success.
- Organize special events, guest speakers, and activities to enhance learning.
- Represent PPRC in the community and contribute to a culture of growth and empowerment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years’ experience in program facilitation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and engage.
- Comfortable managing group dynamics and fostering inclusive spaces.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work some evenings/weekends.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
