What This Role Is
You’ll work with clients using health and wellness programs, acting as their go-to throughout the experience and playing a key role in how they stay engaged, supported, and on track.
This isn’t a script-based role. It’s about being responsive, helpful, and keeping things moving so clients don’t fall off track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to contact for clients throughout their experience
- Answer questions and help resolve issues quickly and clearly
- Guide clients on how to use programs and available resources
- Check in to keep clients engaged and on track
- Track progress and keep client records organized
- Partner with internal teams to improve the overall experience
