In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication ensures that every guest experiences a spotless, comfortable stay that exceeds expectations. - Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and detailed surface polishing to uphold high standards of hygiene
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate industrial cleaning equipment responsibly
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain the hotel’s pristine appearance
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles preferred; hospitality or janitorial experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and housekeeping management practices is a plus
