Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that every area meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and maintaining overall floor hygiene.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and client preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
