Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication ensures that every guest experiences a spotless, comfortable stay that exceeds expectations. Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and detailed surface polishing to uphold high standards of hygiene
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate industrial cleaning equipment responsibly
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain the hotel’s pristine appearance

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles preferred; hospitality or janitorial experience is highly valued
Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment operation
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and housekeeping management practices is a plus
