This person is responsible for converting massive amounts of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up and drip campaigns. The Assistant Lead/ISA Coordinator must be a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills.
The Assistant Lead/ISA demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.
General Job Responsibilities:
The ISA will maintain all follow up necessary with previous contacts in order to schedule an appointment.
The assistant will qualify the seller’s motivation using the Lead Sheet script along with scheduling the appointment.
Prioritizing Outbound calls to past leads that have not been contacted in the first four days is very important.
Managing call lists and database entry will be a daily responsibility.
Primary Job Responsibility is to handle inbound calls/leads
Determine through prospecting whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer or listing their home.
