CERTIFIED HEALTH COACHES WANTED
Hormone Health Advantage is a rapidly growing cellular healing company that is looking to hire more Health Coaches!
We are looking for 2 Health Coaches who have or could sit before the board, with 1+ years experience, knowledge of the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), and the ability to work with clients in both a group setting and 1:1 environment.
This position will require time management skills and the ability to adapt & evolve. We value open communication, drive for personal growth, and the desire to help our clients find success. Our ideal candidate is both compassionate and goal oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Motivational interviewing skills are needed, as well as the ability to work independently as this is a remote/virtual position.
As a HHA contractor, your role would help create company content and help Company’s clients stay on track and keep their mindset positive as they make progress through the program. Your measure of success is that the Company’s clients are clear about their protocol, positive about their progress, and supported emotionally to move forward with confidence and ease.
This position entails:
● Fulltime; 30-40 hours Estimated time commitment for all client and team facing tasks is 30-40 hours per week. You may determine the appropriate amount of time required to devote to this role as long as you are providing clients with their paid services and products, and supplement protocols are clearly communicated to the client.

● Speak and write fluent English.
● 1+ years experience coaching people with a specialty in nutrition, mindset, and moving through blocks.
● Acquired credentials that allow Independent Contractor to make recommendations that are well within their scope of practice. *BOARD CERTIFIED IS IDEAL*
● Provide proof of aforementioned credentials.
● Provide Company a copy of the Declaration pages for your active liability insurance policy.
● Ability to manage a full load of clients while providing exceptional service to said clients
● Ability to monitor and respond to the Company’s private community 1 weekend per month according to your availability.
● Maintain open communication with all Company members.
● You have a good understanding of basic tech platforms like Gmail, Zoom, & Google Docs.
● You have a good understanding of the AIP diet, diet variations such as intermittent fasting, and non-toxic lifestyle tips.
● You have the ability to communicate complex information effectively and clearly.
● Easy to work with and can coordinate and work well with others, providing support or services to clients.
● You are patient, compassionate, a great listener, and also have the ability to challenge clients to a higher standard, ensuring they move forward in spite of fear (or themselves).
● You are consistent and show up for clients in a way that they can trust.
● You care about helping people succeed.
● You are positive, optimistic, and can help people feel the same way.
● You are creative, original in thought and self-aware.
