ClinDCast is looking for Epic Behavioral Health Analyst Role
The Epic Behavioral Health Analyst is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on behavioral health data to support the development and implementation of effective mental health and substance use disorder programs. This role involves working closely with clinical teams, administrators, and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral health data from various sources including electronic health records (EHR), patient surveys, and administrative data.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
- Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to monitor performance indicators and service outcomes in behavioral health care
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral health programs and interventions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Work with clinical staff, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytic support.
- Present findings and insights to various audiences, including leadership, clinical teams, and external partners
