- Answering incoming calls from Medicare beneficiaries and asking qualifying questions to determine their needs and eligibility for speaking with a sales agent.
- Transferring qualified callers to the appropriate sales agent or department for further assistance.
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhering to scripts and guidelines provided for call handling and qualification purposes.
- Achieving and maintaining a UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to assist callers.
- Participating in special projects as assigned by management, including outbound calling campaigns or quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining a positive and responsive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Being coachable and receptive to feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Responding promptly to chats and participating in group activities to enhance team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
