Key Responsibilities:
Morning Routine:
- Wake children at 6:00 AM and guide them in maintaining personal hygiene, including bathing and brushing teeth.
- Prepare and ensure children are ready for school on time.
Meal Management:
- Provide nutritious meals, ensuring breakfast and lunch are served on schedule.
- Promote healthy eating habits among children.
Activity Facilitation:
- Organize and engage children in free-time activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Plan educational and recreational activities tailored to the children’s interests and needs.
Educational Support:
- Monitor children’s academic progress and provide assistance with homework and study routines.
- Collaborate with teachers and caregivers to support children’s educational goals.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Document incidents and interventions as needed.
Visitor Coordination:
- Facilitate daily visits from donors and other stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide updates and insights regarding children’s activities and well-being.
Communication:
- Regularly update the Project Coordinator on daily activities, challenges, and achievements of the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns.

BSW and MSW
