Summary: The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist reports to the Senior Vice President of Physician recruiting and supports physician services. The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist supports physician sourcing by utilizing internal and external tools and databases to find and screen clinical candidates for various behavioral health treatment locations. Other physician services responsibilities include facilitating physician screening and contracting, executing job postings, and tracking key performance metrics related to physician recruiting. The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist will also help prepare for industry trade shows, monthly physician dinners and TBH’s annual national conference. Other organizational tasks as needed. Key characteristics and skills include: being detail oriented, ability to multi-task and have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a friendly and caring way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Source, screen, and coordinate initial contact with recruiter for prospective new hires based on current clinician openings
· Maintain internal and external mailing lists in order to send all announcements, drip campaigns, and engagement messaging to candidates in several different categories of interest
· Assist with maintenance of Vincere ATS, including reporting of KPIs, maintenance of job orders, candidate demographics, uploading of CVs and candidate preferences
· Assist recruiter in processing web-based inquiries from health professionals via website and other lead sources. Scrubs past employees and previous recruitment pipelines for potential candidates and flags for future follow up and referrals
· Assist in managing website/job listings for clinical positions
· Promote residency program events

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- A very high level of organization, detail oriented, excellent day-to-day time management and communication skills
- Experience or skill in cold calling, sourcing, or inside sales is a plus
- Proficient with technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Google G-Suite, Canva, BambooHR, Doximity, Vincere ATS and Slack
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, presenting informative data for decision making.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizations and disciplines, portraying credibility, confidence and approachability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to positively and professionally interact with colleagues and work
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with two plus (2+) years’ experience in a regulated healthcare industry or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
