Your role: Your role would start as part-time with hopes of growing into a full-time position as a Clinical Research Coordinator based in the Greater Boston area. The primary responsibilities include assisting with clinical trial visits, EDC data entry and, coordinating participant recruitment, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring adherence to research protocols. The role involves collaborating with investigators, tracking study progress, collecting and managing data, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The Clinical Research Coordinator may also serve as a point of contact between the site, sponsors, and regulatory entities. We are looking for someone who can grow with our company as we grow; the hope is that within 6-12 months this hire would become full-time and be a leader in our young company.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, hard working and excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of Informed Consent processes and procedures
- Experience with Protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Background in Research and Clinical Research Experience
- Knowledge of Clinical Trials operations and guidelines
- Organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical or research environment
- Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and software is an advantage
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
