We are immediately seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the home, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Respect resident rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop care plans that meet individual needs.
Skills
- Proficiency in long-term care practices and home community care techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when assisting clients.

- Capability to monitor vital signs accurately and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
