Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep insight into the commercial auto client lifecycle, integrating safety, compliance, telematics data, insurance placement, and claims management.
- Identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and maintain centralized, audit-ready documentation using ShareFile and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Master telematics and camera platforms, ensuring accurate data flows and seamless integration with underwriting and claims.
- Standardize and enforce client onboarding, including data accuracy, compliance files, and system adoption.
- Monitor fleet performance, high-risk events, and alerts; provide support for escalations and DOT challenges.
- Train clients, establish communication standards, and promote accountability for ongoing engagement.
- Analyze safety and claims data with AI tools, set thresholds, and deploy targeted communications.
- Implement automations, safety incentives, performance reporting, and program expansions.
- Achieve high standards in data accuracy, compliance, and overall risk reduction.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner comfortable with new technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, ShareFile, telematics systems).

- Experience in fleet safety, compliance, telematics, transportation operations, or commercial auto insurance.
