Overview: We’re seeking a Site Safety Manager to oversee safety operations and ensure a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a safety role (preferably in construction), a high school diploma (associate degree or certifications a plus), strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with a positive, hands-on leadership style. OSHA 30 certification is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safety orientations for new and existing team members
- Monitor daily safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assess site conditions and identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with project teams to implement risk mitigation strategies
- Promote a culture of safety through training and communication
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reports
- Respond to and investigate safety incidents as needed
