JOB OVERVIEW:
Maintains an efficient and hygienic working environment by engaging in general janitorial functions around the facility. Promotes health and safety in the workplace. Displays good work ethic, resourcefulness, and organizational skills. Understands the Standard Operating Procedures and Inspection Regulations. Ensures quality control and efficient workflow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains exterior cleaning of parking lot trash, outside break areas, rooftops, bridges, and exterior areas.
Minimum level of education required
Minimum number of year(s) of experience required in addition to education plus type(s) of functional experience
Other required type(s) of functional experience (e.g. Production/Operations, Accounting, Forklift Operator, Inventory Control, etc.)
Total minimum number of years of experience required in lieu of degree (if applicable)
Other job requirements (e.g. certifications/licenses, CPG experience, work overtime/weekends, etc.)
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES (Specialized education, specific software experience, etc.)
Required to stand for extended periods up to 8 hours. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and cross elevated catwalks.
The work environment is typically Cold, hot, humid, and extremely wet. Required to work in confined areas. Required to work an 8-hour shift and some overtime as needed.
