We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inspector to join our auto repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate and thorough Maryland State Inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Maryland State Inspections of vehicles to assess their overall condition and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify mechanical issues or components requiring repair, maintenance, or replacement.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform inspections and minor repairs as needed.
- Document findings in clear, detailed reports, including recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure repairs align with inspection results and are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, and best practices in automotive repair and vehicle inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Maryland State Inspectors License
- Strong expertise in automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and quality control in auto repair.
- Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics and repair tools, including hand and power tools.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and extended periods of standing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $32.00 - $64.00 per hour
