In this role, you’ll empower clients to take control of their health and well-being by providing personalized wellness solutions and guidance on health products that fit their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients to educate, inspire, and offer tailored wellness and insurance solutions.
- Build meaningful relationships, working as a trusted advisor to support clients in their health journey.
- Proactively engage with clients, addressing questions, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health trends and wellness products to provide relevant, informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve goals, all while making a positive impact.
- Record client interactions and activities accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wellness, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- A true passion for health and wellness, and a desire to help others live better lives.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health products or the insurance industry is a plus.
