We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Representative to join our team. As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls for Health Insurance Sales. You will communicate with customers over the phone, utilizing your strong communication skills and knowledge of our products and services. Duties:
- Take calls from potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Provide technical sales support and answer customer inquiries
- Utilize Salesforce software to track customer interactions and update customer information
- Communicate effectively i

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in telemarketing or phone sales is preferred
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Knowledge of Health Insurance sales is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
