Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in commercial environments, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Operate scissor lifts safely when required for high-level cleaning tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain an organized supply inventory and request additional supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts is a plus; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential.
