About the Role:
The Senior Manager, Global Wellbeing, Safety & Benefits will be responsible for overseeing day to day global wellbeing programs, policies, structures, communications, and activities. This role will interact with the global benefits team, which oversees 35 countries across all regions. The Sr Manager will collaborate with and support employee resource groups and community groups to partner on wellbeing programming and support. Additionally, the role will lean in on projects within benefits such as enterprise communications, larger plan implementations or areas where we have high colleague experience impact. The role will participate in crisis management and health and safety checklists and audits. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can lean in to elevate our wellbeing and care model, project manage, and track success and KPIs through dashboards.
How you will make an impact:
Wellbeing Program Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of global wellbeing programs and initiatives including vendor management for programs like Headspace, Benevity, EAP, Peppy, care.com, etc.
- Program governance and structure within our wellbeing champions
- Ensure programs are aligned with the company's overall wellbeing strategy and objectives.
- Develop and maintain wellbeing policies and structures that support a healthy and productive workforce.
Communication & Engagement:
- Lead the communication strategy for global wellbeing programs and global benefits, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Engage with employees through various channels to promote wellbeing and benefit initiatives and resources.
- Collaborate with employee resource groups and community groups to enhance benefit and wellbeing programming and support
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the global benefits team to ensure alignment and integration of wellbeing programs across all regions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on wellbeing-related matters.
Crisis Management & Health and Safety:
- Participate in crisis management planning and response efforts.
- Conduct health and safety checklists and audits to ensure a safe and healthy work environment as well as regional compliance.
Project Management & Reporting:
- Manage benefit and wellbeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Track and report on the success and impact of wellbeing programs using dashboards and KPIs.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in health & Wellness, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in wellbeing programs, health & Safety, benefits or related field
- 2-3 year of management experience
- Knowledge of global wellbeing practices and trends preferred.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting preferred (i.e. PowerBI dashboard, etc)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
