Description:
The Invasive Radiological Technologist provides fundamental technical support by assisting the physician with patient preparation, intra and post-interventional/surgical procedures, management of supplies and devices, physiologic patient monitoring and assisting with direct patient care. The Invasive Radiological Technologist is responsible for safe and effective operation or radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment as well as specialized imaging and technical equipment used for procedures. Is a patient/family educator, advocate and liaison. Estimated pay range for this position is $34.08 - $47.71 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:
Degrees:
- High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist.
- ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school or program of Radiological Technology and current Florida license required.
- Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) credentials and proof of eligibility for advanced certification required (VI,CV, or CI for IVR and RCIS or RCES for Cath Lab) upon completion of one year full-time work experience in interventional cardiovascular services.
- Completes a minimum of 12 CEUs annually (10 CEUs must be CV related).
