Location: Office & Field-Based in Chicago Market | Flexible Schedule Needed
We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and support company-wide safety initiatives. This role focuses on injury prevention, OSHA compliance, safety training, and fostering a strong safety culture across multiple job sites.
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture
- Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and training
- Conduct job site safety inspections and audits
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety meetings, toolbox talks, and weekly safety communications
- Track safety metrics, incidents, and training records
- Oversee PPE usage and compliance
- 3+ years of safety experience (field-based preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Combination of office and field work
- Exposure to outdoor conditions and active job sites
