We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated, EXPERIENCED Admissions Coordinator to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Assist in coordinating the admissions process from initial phone call to admitting at our facility.
- Schedule and complete screening assessments with clients.
- Performs basic data entry and computer work.
- Enter all necessary client information into Salesforce.
- Coordinates with outside referrals.
- Effectively communicate with designated facility staff.
- Conduct verbal verifications.
- Manage documents needing signatures or authorizations.
- Coordinates travel for all new admissions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:

- 2+ years' experience preferred.
