Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our Safety Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, managing occupational health risks, and implementing effective risk management strategies. This role requires a strong background in construction management, safety regulations, and site safety practices to foster a safe working environment for all personnel involved. The Construction Safety Manager will play a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, reducing workplace incidents, and promoting a culture of safety excellence.
OSHA 500 required.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on health and safety oversight on active construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC standards, workers' compensation procedures, and occupational health principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance management, and EHS protocols within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction management software tools used for safety tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience managing safety programs across multiple construction sites is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $87,174.58 per year
